Deine Aufgaben Als Country Manager Self-Scanning (m/w/d) steuerst und unterstützt du das gesamte Projekt sowie den Rollout von Self-Scanning in den Ländern. …konkret heißt das: Durchführung von Fit / Gap Analysen in den Ländern sowie Definition von marktspezifischen Zusatzanforderungen an die Software / Hardware Definition präziser Requirements für die IT sowie Verantwortung für die termingerechte Software-Umsetzung Durchführung systematischer Systemtests bis zur Freigabe sowie fachliche Begleitung der Pilotphasen in den jeweiligen Ländern Befähigung des eigenständigen Rollouts und Koordination der Marketingaktivitäten / -materialien für die Länder Ansprechpartner für die zugewiesenen Länder bei allen Fragen zu Self-Scanning und Durchführung von Markt- / Wettbewerbsanalysen für den Checkout der Zukunft Dein Profil Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Länderbetreuung, Ländersupport und/oder in der Arbeit mit unseren Ländern. Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung. Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und Interesse an Softwarelösungen. Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie souveränes Auftreten über alle Managementebenen hinweg. Eigenverantwortliche, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und eine Hands-on-Mentalität.
