Remote Behavioral Health Coordinator - Community & Care Outreach

Behavioral Health Coordinator The Behavioral Health Coordinator collaborates closely with the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), behavioral health providers, and state agencies to address barriers to crisis and other behavioral health care for members, families, and adoptive parents. This telework role requires the ability to travel up to 20% of the year, including at least two community events per year and at least eight virtual meetings in the evenings. Work schedule: Monday – Friday from 8am–5pm Arizona Time Zone. Position Summary The Coordinator is a dynamic individual who excels in public speaking, delivering presentations, and engaging diverse audiences. This role has high visibility with internal departments, leadership, and external agencies. Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in public speaking. 1+ year of case/care management in an integrated model. 1+ year of experience with the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Must reside in Phoenix, Arizona, or within a commutable distance. Ability to work beyond core hours (including some weekends & evenings) as needed. Ability to travel within Arizona up to 20% of the time. Must possess one of the following licenses, valid in the state of Arizona: RN (Registered Nurse) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LPCC) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT or LAMFT) Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Psychiatrist (MD or DO) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC or CADC) Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LACT or LAAC) Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA or BCBA) Preferred Qualifications

1. year of experience in managed care.
2. years of experience in behavioral health and/or social services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education Behavioral health professional (ex: BCBA, LMSW, RN) and licensed in Arizona.
