The Opportunity As part of the Data and Analytics team, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative data strategies that drive business growth. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to guide large projects and drive operational excellence while fostering teams that perform at a high level. Responsibilities - Lead the design and execution of innovative data strategies to support business objectives - Serve as a strategic advisor on large-scale projects, securing excellence in operations - Foster collaboration among top-performing teams to drive project success - Engage with executive stakeholders to influence data governance practices - Analyze complex data sets to identify growth opportunities and insights - Implement recommended practices in data management and analytics - Guide teams through challenges, promoting a culture of problem-solving - Confirm alignment of data initiatives with overall firm strategy What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - At least 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart - AWS Certified Data Analytics / Solutions Architect - Azure Data Engineer / Azure Solutions Architect - Google Professional Data Engineer - DAMA CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) - Informatica Certified Professional - Alation Certified Data Catalog Professional - Collibra Certified Ranger/Steward/Professionals - SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) - SnowPro Core / SnowPro Advanced - Databricks Certified Data Engineer / Data Analyst / ML Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
