Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active certification or licensure as a School Social Worker or School Counselor (state-specific credentials may apply)
• Direct experience working with high school students, especially within a school setting
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and the IEP process
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with students, families, and educational teams
• Experience in data collection, progress monitoring, and IEP documentation
• Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented professional approach
• Ability to foster a supportive, confidential environment for students
