Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you’ll work with motivated buyers and sellers, manage qualified opportunities, and turn appointments into successful transactions.

• Meet with motivated buyers and sellers to understand and achieve their real estate goals

• Build relationships and stay top of mind through consistent follow-up and proven sales systems

• Deliver exceptional, 5-star service that drives referrals and repeat business

• Host engaging open houses and convert qualified buyer and seller leads

• Manage your appointments, calendar, and sales pipeline using our CRM

• Participate in ongoing Academy Sales Training, coaching, and weekly team meetings to strengthen your skills and performance

• Active Real Estate License required
