Active Texas Real Estate License Full-time commitment to real estate Strong communication and relationship-building skills Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented Organized with strong follow-through and client management skills Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology Listing or residential sales experience preferred Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
