Open Call - Front-of-House Positions

James Beard Award-Winning  Chef Andrew Carmellini and the New York City-based  NoHo Hospitality Group team are seeking  Team Members  for the opening of  Ray's Hometown Bar in  Detroit !

We are hiring Bartenders, Barbacks and Food Runners . We are holding an Open Call at the following location and times:

Date: Thursday, August 13th & Friday, August 14th
Time: 2pm to 4pm
Where: 19 E Grand River Ave, Parkers Aly, Detroit, MI 48226

Ray's   is a hometown bar built on the belief that great hospitality never goes out of style. Ideal candidates possess:
*Warmth and graciousness; The ability to function highly in a busy environment.
*Full responsibility for food and beverage knowledge; Micros POS experience a plus.
*Great communication skills.
*Ability to manage a large and busy section in a popular restaurant.
*Create stellar guest experiences.
*Previous experience required
*Well-versed in and able to sell our list of wine and spirits.
