They support a range of industries, including aerospace and contract manufacturing, with a strong focus on performance, training, and customer success.

Job Description

· Familiarity/Experience with Cincinnati Centerless Grinder machine setup and operation.


· Experience in instructing others, teaching processes and machine controls.


· Process knowledge and operational experience with general machine shop equipment.


· Centerless grinding theory for thru-feed and in-feed applications.


· General mechanical aptitude with industrial machinery operations and automation.


· Grinding Automation (Conveyance, Gantry loaders, bowl feeders) experience.


· An understanding of Servo motors, CNC controls, HMIs, Gauging, Sensing

The Successful Applicant

· Ability to travel to customer locations in the Midwest ( 60% travel)


· Customer relationship skills requiring introducing Allways Precision and our portfolio of support and services.


· Manufacturing Process and Cycle time skills with understanding of Cpk fundamentals and engineering print tolerance knowledge.


· Confident with face-to-face customer support interactions and phone follow up communications.


· Ability to create and execute personal monthly schedules
