Opportunity Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care RN Case Manager with coverage needs in Webster, TX and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Manage and care for a caseload of patients and their families in the community from admission to discharge. Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides. Qualifications 1 year recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency. Compensation Excellent pay rates!
