Maintenance & Facilities Technician

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
  Location : Irvine, CA

• Maintain sophisticated prescription laboratory equipment, high-vacuum coaters, RO/DI water systems, automated equipment, and air compressors.

• Troubleshoot and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems.

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance following established SOPs.

• Maintain building systems, including plumbing and facility equipment.

• Respond quickly to equipment downtime with the goal of maintaining at least 95% equipment uptime.

• Address safety concerns related to electrical, HVAC/R, mechanical systems, hazardous waste, chemicals, and general facility operations.

• Follow all applicable safety procedures, including LOTO protocols.

• Positive, dependable, and safety-focused.

• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the team as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of three years of maintenance experience or equivalent (preferred).

• Strong understanding of electromechanical equipment.

• Experience using DVOMs, laptops, hand tools, and power tools.

• Excellent documentation and attention to detail.

• Valid California driver's license.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, standing, and other physical activities throughout the shift.

• Available to work Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
