Responsibilities | 岗位职责

Commercial Operations & Order Management | 商业运营与订单管理

- Manage the full lifecycle of sales contracts, including documentation, filing, execution tracking, and compliance management

- Coordinate closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery

- 管理销售合同的全生命周期（文档归档、执行跟踪、合规管理）

- 与销售、财务和运营团队紧密配合，确保订单履约与交付顺畅

Supply Chain & Manufacturing Coordination | 供应链与制造协调

- Serve as the key business interface between overseas assembly partners and headquarters

- Coordinate order schedules, production planning, inventory allocation, and shipment timelines

- 作为海外组装合作伙伴与总部之间的关键业务接口

- 协调订单排期、生产计划、库存分配及发运时间表

Logistics & International Trade Operations | 物流与国际贸易运营

- Manage end-to-end transportation arrangements for purchased goods and finished products

- Coordinate shipping schedules, freight forwarders, customs clearance, and delivery processes

- 负责采购货物与成品的端到端运输安排

- 协调运输排期、货代对接、清关及交付流程

Operational Excellence | 运营优化

- Consolidate sales team feedback into actionable recommendations for operations teams

- Support process optimization initiatives to improve cross-functional collaboration

- 汇总销售团队反馈，转化为可执行的运营优化建议

- 支持流程改进项目，提升跨部门协作效率

Warehouse & Inventory Management | 仓库与库存管理

- Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory movement, and product transfers

- Monitor logistics turnover and ensure accurate inventory visibility across locations

- 协调仓库运营、库存移动及产品调拨

- 监控物流周转，确保各地点库存信息准确可见

Requirements | 任职要求

Experience | 经验

- 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial Operations, or related functions

- Experience in robotics, intelligent hardware, electronics manufacturing, industrial automation, or Chinese companies expanding internationally is highly preferred

- 3年以上商业运营、供应链、物流、商务运营或相关职能经验

- 有机器人、智能硬件、电子制造、工业自动化或中国公司出海业务经验者优先

Supply Chain & Logistics Knowledge | 供应链与物流知识

- Hands-on experience with import/export operations, customs clearance, freight coordination, or international logistics

- Familiarity with manufacturing supply chain processes and inventory management is a strong advantage

- 具备进出口操作、清关、货运协调或国际物流的实践经验

- 熟悉制造供应链流程及库存管理者优先

This role requires close collaboration with our headquarters in China. Therefore, fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential.

Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is US$100,000 – $180,000/ annual base. Final offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and interview outcomes.
