Position: Otolaryngology Medical Assistant

Location: Seattle, WA

Job Description

This is a TEMP TO HIRE opportunity available for local clinicians only. The selected candidate must be open to joining the clinic permanently at the end of the contract, pending successful performance. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment focused on patient care.

Schedule

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 AM - 04:00 PM)
Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends: No weekends, holidays, or on-call required

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant (MA), preferably in an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) setting. At least experience in an Adult Outpatient setting is required.
Certification: MA-C is preferred, but MA-R will be accepted if needed.
Willingness to perform tasks such as autoclaving and high-level disinfecting; training will be provided.

Floating Requirements

The candidate may be required to float between similar units, including clinics in nearby areas.

Important Notes

Candidate must be located within a 50-mile radius of Seattle, WA.
The role will involve rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, recording patient history, and other clinical tasks.
This position is specifically for local candidates and will not accept travelers.
