Senior Financial Data Analyst

Joining a dedicated team in the healthcare sector, the full-time Senior Financial Data Analyst will develop and maintain reports and analytics, ensuring accuracy and compliance while utilizing advanced tools like SQL and Tableau to support financial decision-making, all in a flexible remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and document reports and analytics to provide key insights for leadership Support the monthly close process and conduct claim reserve analysis Lead medical claims reinsurance reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Required qualifications Minimum of five years of relevant experience, particularly in an actuarial role focused on claims reserves Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Access, and Python Experience in complex data analysis and report/dashboard development in a healthcare setting Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
