Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role will encompass various critical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients receiving end-of-life care in our Hospice Center, a sensitive environment where emotional and psychological support is paramount. You will work closely with patients facing terminal illnesses and their families, assisting them in navigating the complexities of grief, anxiety, and depression with empathy and skill.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, demonstrating your solid foundation in social work principles.
