Metropolitan Family Services in Skokie, IL is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to join the North Center office. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide counseling and case management, and connect clients with community resources. You will work with diverse families, support outreach, participate in committee work, and meet program goals.
