Il Business Developer è responsabile delle performance economiche delle aree assegnate, attraverso lo sviluppo del Business in linea con la strategia commerciale Corporate. Sviluppa le vendite ed il fatturato di pertinenza per l’area assegnata. **Attività principali** * Proporre ed implementare piani d’azione con l’obiettivo di sviluppare la vendita dei prodotti Gefran presso nuovi clienti* Scouting del settore/mercato* Ricerca di nuovi clienti, contatti per lo sviluppo del fatturato* Aprire relazioni con i nuovi distributori per lo sviluppo del Business* Garantire feedback alla corporate e alla BU rispetto al mercato, alle applicazioni, ai prodotti, ai processi* Fornire forecast sulle vendite e feedback periodici sui risultati commerciali ed economico/finanziari alla Direzione commerciale* Identificare e sviluppare Large Account, OEM, distributori **Competenze tecniche** * Conoscenza dei mercati e ambiti applicazioni Gefran* Conoscenza del prodotto dal punto di vista tecnico, costruttivo e di applicazione* Capacità di contatto/relazione presso Uffici tecnici di gruppi industriali piccoli, medi e grandi* Reporting commerciale avanzato* Analisi e monitoraggio del mercato e della concorrenza* Gestione dei dati* Lingua inglese Completano il profilo ottime doti comunicative e un forte orientamento al cliente e ai risultati, oltre a solide capacità analitiche e organizzative. Il/La candidato/a ideale è in possesso di una laurea in ingegneria o titolo equivalente.
