In this role, you'll work directly with both new and existing customers to recommend lawn care, fertilization, weed control, aeration, and outdoor pest control services that keep lawns healthy, green, and beautiful. As a Lawn Care Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying lawn health needs and recommending customized treatment programs. Responsibilities include converting inbound leads into new Lawn Doctor customers, making outbound calls to residential and commercial customers, building relationships with existing customers and recommending additional lawn care services, educating homeowners on fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, mosquito control, and other treatment options, conducting consultative sales conversations focused on customer needs and property improvement, performing proactive customer follow-up to improve retention and satisfaction, generating referrals and identifying opportunities to grow territory revenue, maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity, and delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation and strong attendance record, excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, a strong work ethic and self-motivation, comfort speaking with customers in person and over the phone, ability to build rapport and close sales through relationship-based selling, and basic computer and CRM software skills preferred.

While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable: lawn care or landscaping sales, outside sales or territory sales, home services sales, customer retention and account management, pest control or outdoor services, residential service industries, lead generation and sales follow-up, route sales or field sales experience.
