As a Medicare Advisor, you'll help seniors understand their healthcare coverage options and confidently navigate one of the most important decisions they'll make.

No cold calling. No commission-only sales pressure.

We provide qualified warm leads every day , allowing you to focus on educating clients, building relationships, and helping seniors find coverage that fits their needs.

No Medicare experience? That's okay. We provide comprehensive training and pay for your Georgia Health Insurance licensing .

What You'll Do

• Speak with individuals approaching or currently eligible for Medicare.
• Educate clients on Medicare plans, benefits, coverage, and enrollment requirements.
• Assess each client's needs and help identify appropriate coverage options.
• Simplify complex Medicare information and confidently answer client questions.
• Assist with enrollments and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records in our CRM.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from beginning to end.
• Build lasting relationships based on trust, professionalism, and service.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping clients and one another succeed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or client-facing experience preferred. Hospitality and service professionals, including servers, bartenders, teachers, and others who work directly with people, often thrive in this role.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain complex information in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
• Willingness and ability to obtain a Georgia Health Insurance license. We'll reimburse you for your licensing and provide training.
• Must successfully complete the background screening required for insurance licensing.
