Orthopedic Registered Nurse

Role: Experienced nurse practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex patient care while managing contingencies and long-term goals. Responsibilities Include Providing nursing care based on the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administering medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Documenting patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided. Assessing learning needs and educating patients, families, and caregivers, while identifying issues and resources. Delegating tasks to other care providers to effectively manage clinical situations. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred. Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license. BLS certification required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
