Supportive Work Environment - Be part of a team that values your contributions and celebrates results. What You’ll Do Manage inbound and outbound collection efforts on delinquent consumer accounts. Use proven collection strategies to secure payment resolutions and meet performance objectives. Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable collection regulations. Deliver a positive consumer experience while achieving collection goals. Schedule First 4 weeks: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM CT for training and onboarding. After Training: Create a schedule that works for you between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM CT, Monday-Friday. Full-Time Schedule: 40 hours per week required. No Evenings or Weekends! Workspace Requirements A dedicated workspace free from distractions during work hours. Ability to work seated at a computer with dual monitors and a headset. Reliable, high-speed hardwired internet connection. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay – $17-19 per hour, based on experience. Qualifications 2+ years of recent third-party collections experience required, including current or recent experience in a collection agency environment. Must reside in one of the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Florida, Texas, or Illinois. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
