Executive Assistant - Hospital Administration - Full Time 8 Hour Days (Exempt)

Provides administrative support for the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Medical Officer, responsible for office supervision including, but not limited, organizing office functions, providing work and direction to clerical support staff, coordinating priorities, etc., performs independent projects as needed. Assists the CEO and COO when coverage is needed. Minimum Education: High School Diploma required Minimum Experience/Knowledge: Typing speed 60+ wpm. Proficient in WordPerfect for Windows, Microsoft word and excel. Knowledge of transcription and dictation. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Strong organizational skills Minimum five (5) years of secretarial/administrative experience. The salary range for this position is $71,760 - $112,000.
