About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Fund Accounting to take on a Director-level role with a focus on overseeing a fast-growing multi-credit asset platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including fund accounting and financial reporting oversight, fund operations, strategic partnership, process improvement, and senior management. This pivotal position requires a professional with a CPA qualification and a minimum of 12 years' experience, ideally with a background in both the public and private sectors, including Big 4 and multi-fund asset managers. The role demands a candidate with a strong leadership presence, capable of leading process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance the scalability and efficiency of fund accounting and financial reporting workflows. Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President of Fund Accounting at the company include overseeing all accounting functions, managing investor capital call and distribution processes, and serving as a strategic finance partner to the Portfolio Management team. The role also involves coordinating with internal functions such as compliance, legal, tax, and valuation, as well as external parties including fund administrators and auditors, to ensure the timely and accurate operation of the funds. The ideal candidate will have broad experience across diverse alternative investment strategies and asset classes, with a preference for those with a background in private credit, direct lending, structured credit, and/or multi-strategy fund structures.
