Our lively pediatric ophthalmology practice is looking for an experienced, friendly, dependable Front Desk Receptionist who can keep up with our fast-paced days while making our patients and families feel welcome.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Greeting and checking in patients and families
· Preparing charts for patient visits
· Answering phones and scheduling appointments
· Verifying medical insurance eligibility and benefits
· Collecting copays, deductibles, and patient balances
· Updating patient and insurance information
· Helping with referrals, authorizations, and medical records
· Pitching in wherever needed to keep the front desk running smoothly
