Commercial Litigation Associate

About the Role Hahn Loeser & Parks seeks litigation associates with 3 to 8 years of business litigation experience for the San Diego office. Attorneys should have defense‑side commercial experience (business litigation, probate or fiduciary litigation, real estate litigation, class actions, etc.) in California state and federal courts, preferably with a mid‑to‑large size law firm. Qualifications Candidates should have strong academic credentials from an ABA‑accredited law school and excellent research, analytical, and brief writing skills Experience handling all aspects of discovery, including drafting and revising discovery, and responding to and objecting to discovery disputes, is needed Must be comfortable with juggling multiple projects and deadlines CA bar admission is required (no exception) The expected salary range for this position is $180,000-$230,000. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education/training, and relevant skills.
