True Ground Housing Partners

True Ground Housing Partners in Arlington, VA seeks an Associate Director, Foundation Giving to lead institutional fundraising and grant strategy. You will supervise the Philanthropy Manager and coordinate with program and finance teams to ensure compelling proposals and compliant reporting. The role reports to the Senior Director, Philanthropy and requires 5–7 years in nonprofit fundraising with strong grant writing experience. This is a full-time, in-person position with a 40-hour workweek. #J-18808-Ljbffr True Ground Housing Partners
