We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a hospital-based Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery team in Boston, MA.

Position Highlights

Start Date:
September 1, 2026

⏰ Schedule:
• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• Typical schedule: Wednesday–Friday
• Flexibility to cover Monday/Tuesday as needed
• No weekends
• No holidays
• No nights
• No call

Practice Details

Hospital-Based Setting

• Average daily census: 10 patients
• Adult patient population
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Inpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery coverage
• Perform H&Ps
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Order medications and write prescriptions
• Perform bedside procedures as appropriate
• Assess and manage therapeutic interventions
• Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing patient evaluation

Requirements:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Active Massachusetts License
• 1–2 years of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery experience preferred

Credentialing

• Approximately 90+ days
