The Sales Management Trainee role is designed for career-focused individuals seeking hands on experience in team support, customer engagement, and day-to-day operations inside partner retail locations. This position includes structured training and mentorship while preparing candidates for future leadership responsibilities. Position Overview The Sales Management Trainee supports daily team activities, assists with onboarding and coaching, and contributes to in-store performance and customer engagement efforts. Trainees gain exposure to leadership responsibilities through practical, in-field experience while maintaining a professional presence on the sales floor. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Buffalo, NY.
