Salary: $140,000–$160,000
Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Accounting Manager to join their finance team. This Senior Accounting Manager role is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you will help shape the direction of the accounting function, drive financial excellence, and partner across the organization to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accounting Manager:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
- Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
- Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process, delivering actionable insights to leadership
- Strengthen internal controls and enhance reporting processes while maintaining audit readiness and compliance
- Oversee operational accounting, including receivables, payables, and resolving financial discrepancies
- Manage cash flow and treasury operations, optimizing working capital and forecasting needs
- Support tax and regulatory requirements, including sales and use tax, 1099 reporting, and year-end processes
- Lead strategic financial initiatives to improve efficiency, performance, and overall business outcomes
Qualifications for the Senior Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA required
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Experience in a complex, project-driven, or fast-paced environment preferred
