Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead and oversee roofing project operations from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves coordinating all aspects of roofing construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to project management, leveraging construction management software and technical skills to deliver outstanding results on every project. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of roofing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, Project specific details, and safety standards.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.
• Utilize construction management software such as JobProgress to develop detailed project schedules, estimates, and reports.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports.
• Oversee construction site activities to ensure quality workmanship while maintaining a safe work environment aligned with OSHA regulations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules proactively.
• Facilitate effective project coordination by managing time efficiently and prioritizing tasks across multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on roofing or related civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Familiarity with heavy civil or roofing site operations; hands-on construction site experience is highly valued.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively through time management techniques.
• Experience with contracts management and understanding of construction law principles.
• Ability to read technical drawings accurately and interpret schematics for project execution.
• Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among team members and stakeholders.
