Senior Specialist, Group

Role Overview Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking a Senior Specialist, Group for support within a well‑known Oil and Gas facilities account in Houston, TX . As a Senior Specialist, Group , you will perform traditional maintenance planning and scheduling duties for facilities equipment and other services performed on-site. This onsite role oversees the facility’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) activities and manages performance metrics by account KPIs. What You’ll Do Review work orders, assess urgency, prioritize tasks, and coordinate planned downtime or outages with relevant stakeholders. Manage service requests with vendors or clients, and oversee the requisition of necessary parts and supplies. Provide management with reports on work order completion rates, schedule adherence, and other performance metrics, highlighting opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain preventative maintenance plans and schedules aligned with the organization’s maintenance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Solid understanding of maintenance activities and the ability to describe what needs to be accomplished, and estimate labor hours, tools, and resources required to complete different work orders.
