Job Title : RCM Support Specialist (Reading, MA)

Responsibilities/ Job Duties :

• Capturing rendered services accurately and promptly to streamline charge entry
• Submitting assisted reproductive technology (ART) insurance claims efficiently
• Reviewing and reconciling daily reports to ensure seamless charge and claim workflows
• Processing and applying insurance and patient payment posting accurately
• Managing self-pay billing procedures and assisting patients with balance inquiries
• Executing patient A/R follow-up and collection strategies to resolve outstanding balances
• Providing phone and patient-portal support, scaling coverage as operational workflow ramped up

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :

• Experience: 2+ years of administrative or billing experience within a medical practice or physician office
• Revenue Cycle Operations: Demonstrated hands-on expertise in charge entry and insurance claim submission
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating EMR/PM systems with a proven ability to quickly master new software
• Data Integrity: Exceptional attention to detail and precision when handling complex financial and patient records
• Agility: Highly adaptable and self-directed, capable of reprioritizing tasks seamlessly in a fast-paced environment
• Compliance: Strong foundation in HIPAA regulations with strict adherence to PHI confidentiality standards

Schedule/ Shift :

Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
