Sales Support Specialist

Sales Support AdministratorA Sales Support Administrator is aligned with the Sales Managers team. Their role is to directly support the Sales Representatives and Sales Manager with the preparation and delivery of equipment for sale, rental and demonstration. This role will professionally interact with the sales team, vendors and customers. This role is responsible for the ordering and receiving of all equipment and attachments, as well as processing all invoices, sales orders and rental contracts.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for ordering new machines and attachmentsResponsible for following up/coordination of backordered equipment from vendorsEnsure sales inventory is correct and up to dateReceive and process vendor invoicesReceive and process customer Sales OrdersProcess and invoice customer Rental ContractsWork closely with Sales Manager to ensure proper invoicing and paperwork preparationPrepare monthly commissions for Sales RepsCoordinate with the Service Department in preparing machines for delivery in a timely mannerArrange delivery of machines (sold, rental, demo, equipment shows) and attachmentsUpdate customer recordsProvides sales management supportOther duties may be assignedQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / ATTRIBUTESAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Provides outstanding customer experience.Resolve problems with a sense of urgency by clarifying; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Makes recommendations and implements process improvements.Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyBachelor's Degree (preferred)2 Years sales experience (preferred)Candidate must possess C.N.
