Responsibilities

Connect with local community members to understand their insurance needs and help them plan for the unexpected.

Prepare clear, accurate insurance quotes that provide value and peace of mind to our neighbors.

Manage daily office workflows, including processing payments and updating policy details with attention to detail.

Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment for every visitor who walks through our doors.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure their protection evolves as their lives change.

Collaborate with our district office team to meet our shared goals for growth and community support.

Requirements

Washington State Property Casualty Insurance License.

Washington State Life Health Insurance License.

Previous experience working in an office environment or direct sales role.

Strong comfort level with computers and learning new software systems.

Clear and patient communication style when explaining complex information.

Ability to commute daily to our Mount Vernon location.
