Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring to adapt them according to feedback and observed progress.

• Provide individual and family therapy, maintaining regular communication to monitor treatment efficacy, compliance, and modification needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including clinical psychologists and other licensed behavioral health professionals, to ensure integrated and cohesive treatment approaches.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in alignment with established regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Maryland state license to practice independently as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Ability to obtain or currently possess Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within the first month of employment.
