The Role:

• Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403
• Assignment duration: 5/9/2026 - Ongoing
• Shift Type: Fixed clinic schedule - , Monday - Thursday; Friday
• In House Call: Rotating call schedule with local provider; approximately 10 days per month; primarily newborn care
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
