• Shift: Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday Thursday; Friday morning; Call required ( 10 days/month, mostly newborn care)

• License/Certs: Pediatric Board Certified highly preferred
• Experience: Experienced providers preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $1.00

What You ll Do:

• Provide outpatient pediatric care in a clinic setting, including newborn hospital follow-up
• Handle onsite CLIA-waived testing
• Participate in a rotating call schedule, including weekends and on-call for newborns
• Collaborate with a dedicated team including support staff, office manager, and local pediatrician
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely, including overtime and call hours
• Engage in ongoing patient education and preventive care efforts
• Manage clinic resources efficiently, utilizing onsite labs, X-ray, and testing

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in the state of Arizona
• Pediatric Board Certification strongly preferred
• Experience in pediatric outpatient and newborn care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and rotate call schedule
