Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance and customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and car services, supervising daily operations, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will build customer loyalty by providing fast, trusted service, develop efficient work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, safe environment through store audits. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled setting is necessary. Schedule flexibility is preferred, with no late-night or holiday shifts expected.
