This position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, plus bonuses . THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR SOUS CHEF - ASSISTANT YOUR ROLE: Our kitchen prides itself on consistently producing food that surpasses expectations, ensuring that our guests are always blown away by the quality of our dishes. As a Sous Chef - Assistant, you will be able to handle high volume and stress with finesse, maintaining a calm demeanor while delivering exceptional results. Above all else, you will understand and uphold the standard of high-quality food, recognizing that simple, rustic, and authentic dishes require immense talent and skill.
