Associate Manufacturing Process Technician

This role will primarily handle operating and troubleshooting equipment and machinery in a cleanroom, climate‑controlled environment. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and experience in warehousing or manufacturing with a strong record of job tenure. Shifts 12‑hour shifts, working only 3 or 4 days per week 3rd shift: 6 pm – 6:30 am (working 3 or 4 days each week, rotating) Must be comfortable working every other weekend Job Description The Associate Manufacturing Process Technician routinely performs moderately complex to complex manufacturing processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and packaging configurations. This role focuses on the inspection and packaging of product‑filled vials while supporting filling operations and internal material movements in a regulated, clean, and climate‑controlled environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment Set up and operate equipment Assist or participate in other manufacturing operations (e.g., filling support activities) Provide internal support operations such as stocking items, tracking inventory, and material movement Recognize and report malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to equipment Learn, comprehend, and apply packaging configurations Follow and document batch records for the inspection and packaging process Reconcile components and products, and calculate product exposure to room temperature Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least some warehouse or manufacturing experience with a record of good job tenure Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH.
