Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician

We are hiring for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician! This is a long-term career opportunity with significant room for growth over time, and openings are due to a huge expansion happening!

This role will primarily handle operating and troubleshooting some of the equipment/machinery that makes the products. This will be in a cleanroom, climate controlled environment. An ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and experience in warehousing or manufacturing with good job tenure.

Shifts Available:

• 12 hour shifts (working just 3 or 4 days per week)
  • 3rd shift: 6pm-6:30am: Will rotate working 3 or 4 days each week.
    • Must be okay with working every other weekend

Job Description

The Associate Manufacturing Process Technician routinely performs moderately complex to complex manufacturing processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and packaging configurations. This role focuses on the inspection and packaging of product-filled vials while supporting filling operations and internal material movements in a regulated, clean, and climate-controlled environment. The position offers strong growth potential within an expanding organization and provides valuable exposure to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Set up and operate equipment
• Assist or participate in other manufacturing operations (e.g., filling support activities)
• Internal support operations (e.g. stocking items, tracking inventory, material movement)
• Recognize and report malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to equipment.
• Learn, comprehend, and apply packaging configurations.
• Follow and document batch records for the inspection and packaging process.
• Reconcile components and products, and calculate product exposure to room temperature

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least some warehouse or manufacturing experience with a record of good job tenure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
