Our client, a well-established Registered Investment Advisor with a national and international client base, is seeking a Wealth Advisor to join their Rochester, NY office. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a firm that invests deeply in the growth of its advisors. You'll work alongside an experienced senior partner who is committed to mentoring the right person into an expanded leadership role within the Rochester office over time. What You'll Do Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients, delivering comprehensive wealth management guidance rooted in fiduciary, fee-only principles Build and deepen client relationships through proactive service and relationship management Actively participate in business development, including prospecting and presenting to new clients Collaborate with internal teams and leverage institutional platform relationships to deliver a best-in-class client experience Embrace ongoing coaching and professional development as part of the firm\'s training philosophy What We\'re Looking For 3-10 years\' experience in the wealth management industry or in a comparable client-facing advisory role A genuine appetite for growth — comfortable managing an existing book and eventually prospecting, presenting, and developing new business Strong alignment with a fiduciary approach to advice A collaborative, coachable mindset — eager to learn from experienced advisors and grow within a structured mentorship environment Portable book of business a plus, but not required About This Opportunity This search is being conducted confidentially on behalf of our client by Connect Search LLC, an executive search firm focused on financial services and alternative investments.
