Joining us means being part of a high-visibility team where your work directly enables the success of the entire Infrastructure Engineering organization.Your ImpactAs a Business Operations Manager, you will serve as a critical partner to engineering leadership, driving the operational excellence that keeps our organization moving forward. Typical responsibilities include:Lead quarterly and annual planning processes, ensuring that our roadmap is supported by accurate budget, headcount, and resource analysis.Orchestrate key organizational meetings and events, providing the structure necessary for our leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.Streamline workflows and remove roadblocks to project success by managing cross-functional partnerships with Finance and TPM teams,Your success in this role will be defined by your ability to translate high-level strategy into repeatable, efficient processes that allow our engineering teams to focus on what they do best: building the future.Minimum Qualifications10+ years of professional experience in engineering operations or project management within the high-tech industry.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.Documented experience leading quarterly or annual planning processes within an engineering organization.Use of AI tools to analyze data and develop presentations for executive level audiencesDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).Experience in conducting data analysis related to budgets, headcount, and resource allocation.Preferred QualificationsSignificant Engineering Operations experience at Cisco.Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decision-making in ambiguous environments.Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.Demonstrated success in managing organizational events, such as staff meetings, all-hands, and offsites.Familiarity with AI-driven tools, such as Codex, and experience with prompt engineering to support operational workflows.Strong organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities effectively in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.Why Cisco?
