Inbound Chat Sales Representative – Location: Tempe, AZ – Requisition ID: 048DI – Job: Sales / Business Development What You’ll Be Doing Engage in inbound consultative sales for small‑business clients via chat, presenting solutions that save customers time and money. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide written communication tailored to sophisticated customers. Recommend tailored solutions to accounting professionals and partners to drive sales across the small to mid‑market segment. Use persuasive negotiation skills to close larger deals. Serve as the difference between an average and an exceptional customer experience by providing prompt, compassionate, and effective service. During a Typical Day Connect with clients, assess their needs, provide consultative written communication, and collaborate with accounting partners to recommend appropriate solutions. What You Bring to the Role 3+ years of sales experience. Ability to recognize customer needs, apply business acumen and sales expertise, and explain solutions while seeking growth opportunities.
