Our clientis seeking its first Controller to help support continued growth and strengthen its accounting and finance function.

This is a highly visible leadership role with direct access to ownership and the opportunity to build accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial operations
• Oversee month-end close, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Partner with leadership to support business decisions and drive performance
• Mentor and support the existing AP/AR team member

Qualifications

• Strong accounting leadership experience in a small to mid-sized business
• Hands-on experience with the full accounting cycle
• Proven ability to improve processes and reporting
• Service, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related industry experience is a plus
