Travel MRI Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging

American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist with a minimum of 6 months of current acute care experience for a 13-week assignment in Aurora, CO.

Job Details

• MRI department located on the first floor of the main hospital building,
• Unit is equipped with two GE 1.5T MRI scanners,
• Frequent exams involving anesthesia and patients with pacemakers or other cardiac devices,
• EMR systems used are Meditech and Centricity,
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM,
• On-call required every Monday and one weekend per month,
• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care MRI Tech experience,
• ARRT (MR) and BLS required,
• Level II Trauma experience preferred,
• Experience with Cardiac MRI preferred,
• SSN and DOB required for consideration,
• One professional reference required (candidates from Florida or Missouri must provide two references),
• License required if applicable,

Additional Information

• Performs all general MRI exams,
• Ideal candidate is independent, reliable, a team player, and flexible,
• Candidates must not have gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - local candidates will not be considered
