Join Our Client as a Facilities Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA an industry leader in building operations! We need an organized pro with 3+ years of facilities experience, CMMS software proficiency, and stellar admin skills to drive our LAX site success.

responsibilities:

• Oversee the CMMS database to generate work orders, categorize tasks, dispatch technicians, and maintain preventative maintenance schedules to ensure contract compliance.

• Schedule site vendors, document completed work, and manage the critical inventory tracking system for PPE, air filters, and maintenance parts.

• Handle critical site purchasing tasks including PO creation and invoice resolution, manage contract deliverables, and maintain organized filing systems like SharePoint.

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, clients, and onsite contractors, providing exceptional customer service, managing correspondence, and responding to inquiries.

• Assist the onsite Customer Business Manager by organizing project activities, training sessions, documenting meeting minutes, and coordinating monthly site safety meetings.
