Facilities Coordinator
$20 - $25 per hourAddison Group
This range is provided by Addison Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr Pay: $20-25/hr Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Responsibilities: Pick up mail, manage shipping logistics, and oversee incoming/outgoing deliveries Set up conference rooms, assist with catering arrangements, and ensure meeting spaces are equipped with necessary technology and materials Maintain overall office cleanliness and stock supplies, including monitoring inventory levels and placing replenishment orders Serve as the main point of contact for facility-related service requests, escalating issues to vendors or building management as needed Coordinate minor office repairs, maintenance schedules, and vendor visits Provide backup support for Facilities team members and assist with special projects Support remote office locations with supply orders, space needs, and vendor coordination as required Assist with invoice management and tracking Help plan and support internal events, employee move logistics, and workspace changes Requirements: Previous experience in office support or facilities preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to lift and move light equipment and supplies Good communication and teamwork abilities Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., MS Office) is a plus Seniority level Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Administrative Industries Design Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Addison Group by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Get notified about new Facilities Coordinator jobs in Los Angeles, CA .
