BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper (Porter) to support a busy apartment community in Euless, TX 76039 . We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated professional who can work independently, stay productive throughout the day, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Position Details- Role: Groundskeeper (Porter)
- Location: Euless, TX 76039
- Pay: $16/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire
- Maintain the cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common spaces
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
- Assist with exterior property upkeep and curb appeal
- Support the maintenance team with assigned tasks
- Help prepare vacant units by removing trash and assisting with light clean-up
- Complete assigned duties efficiently and on time
- Work independently and proactively throughout the day
- Check in with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor upon completion of tasks to receive additional assignments
- Previous Porter/Groundskeeper experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to complete tasks thoroughly and on schedule
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must maintain focus and productivity throughout the workday
- Cell phone use during working hours is not permitted except for emergencies
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- No clothing with holes, rips, tears, or sagging
- Closed-toe work shoes required
