Contracts Paralegal

Essential Functions Maintains and updates model contracts with General Counsel’s direction Redline documents per notes from General Counsel and digitally deliver to appropriate parties Review and compare redlined documents from other entities Send emails, schedule meetings and handle other duties to bring projects to conclusion Assist in ongoing initiative including Intellectual Property, Bankruptcy and Subpoenas Conduct and assist with legal research as needed Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Experience working in a fast‑paced Legal Department with a high volume of work. Ability to direct the work of others to ensure all essential functions of the department are being met Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong grammar, spelling, and dictation skills Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changes in company policies, procedures, and priorities. Educational Requirements Must possess a B.A or B.S from an accredited college in Business Law, Business Administrations, or related field. Paralegal certification preferred. Prior experience as a Supervisor or Manager, highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast‑paced, service oriented, office work environment. Physical Requirements Requires close vision and must have good hand‑eye coordination. Must be able to see, hear and speak clearly. Must be able to use a computer keyboard.
