Key Responsibilities Note: Responsibilities listed may not apply to all locations. Report for duty on time and in uniform Operate washers and dryers, loading and unloading, cleaning filters as necessary Sort linens that are heavily soiled, cannot be cleaned and unsuitable for use to be utilized as cleaning rags, and record totals of all soiled linens Fold all linens and store by category in neat stacks Report any malfunctions to supervisor Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage area at all times Advise supervisor of linen shortages, detergent, and categories that need purchasing Organize allocation of linens to each room attendant Assist with housekeeping duties when needed, such as: Clean guest rooms, lobby, and corridors Clean service and vending areas Collect trash throughout the property Clean restrooms generally and replenish supplies Assist team members as needed and help cover shifts and clean rooms when needed Perform outdoor maintenance work as directed Participate in special cleaning projects as directed All other duties as assigned by management Responsibilities listed may not include all tasks or apply to all resort locations; an official job description will be provided and signed on the first day of employment. Qualifications Prior laundry or housekeeping experience a plus High energy with a passion for housekeeping cleanliness Must have a flexible schedule and be available weekends and holidays Ability to multi-task and handle the cleaning of units at a fast pace with accuracy promptly #J-18808-Ljbffr
